This would help with filing grief reports as an OP and I really don't see why this would harm TF in any way.

There will probably be admins saying "ohhh but it's an admin-only tool they cannot have it". Well this is a suggestion for changing that statement. As said above it should be much easier to know who griefed and report the exact griefer's IGN without falsely accusing others of griefing which causes the accuser himself to get banned under section 2d (Falsely accusing others ban of banning offenses)
