The roof on the house (especially on the inside) isn't that detailed. And also there is a lot of empty space in there i would suggest building seperate rooms or just open plan rooms
Edit: im here to give criticism so im not trying to say that your build is bad, im telling you areas you could improve. just bare that in mind

There is indeed a lot of empty space in this build. The walls outside of this build is very interesting. The roof seems a bit plain, and whats up with the glowstone checkered pattern? First its like checkered, then it just goes all over the place, and I'm like "wtf?". You should work on your interior designing skills quite a bit.

I made it symmetrical, it's not checkered, well I didn't try to make it checkered

I removed some negative drama about the creative designer. Master builder is not an admin rank and how many there are makes no difference provided they're artistically skilled. I would like to see master builders that have the ability to create new terrain maps that we can be used as server defaults with a small but creative spawn and plenty of building space.

I agree with Newo, the floor needs to be diversified but I like how you actually put a good interior in it.
