The title is self-explanatorily, add tf!tps or include it with tf!state that displays the server's TPS & Ticks via discord.

i don't feel there is much of a need for this, you could litterly just say "yo dudes whats the tps" and i bet that like 10 people would tell you. and before you say something like "what if the server is lagging" if the server is lagging that would sill mean that you would have to wait for the lag to stop to get the results of the tps

Provided that a bot can safely display a controlled output from console, there shouldn't be a problem with the response being accurate for the time.
