hello everyone, today i decided to make a weekly thread series of art tutorials so people can learn from me and become better artists or drawers in general today we're gonna practice on drawing very complicated and detailed art with our model: Frogs!
Frogs may look very complicated but can be broken down into different shapes. If one practice enough they can draw like this:
But don't be intimidated, in this series we will channel our inner artist and become better drawers, with me
Alright step 1: draw a simple oval shape in your paper or in any paint application that you can use
Step 2: draw 3 mini clovers on the bottom side of the frog, we will do 3 since the 4th leg is covered behind the frog
Step 3: draw the eyes and mouth of the frog as shown here
Step 4: draw a lillypad so your frog has something to stand on
Step 5: color it however you want
Step 6: once ur done coloring it, you can add any detail you want like shadows, lighting etc etc
and thas how you draw a detailed frog, you don't have to use a paint program to make beautiful art. you can use traditional art that is hand drawn
anyways i would love to see your work and see you again next week for the next drawing tutorial, i would love to hear what you want to learn from me
bye - ron
