I think Ops should get acces to /co i, ofcourse not to rollback etc. Just to core inspect so we can actually use /report, or fill in names with grief reports. If an admin is to late with Tping to someone for grief and the person already undo'd or etc. Then the chance if finding who did it is not that big. And for /report you need to fill in a name or else it wont go through. It's also handy to see who edited your build or just if you're interested of who built something.

Vouch, there is literally no harm in this. I think Ivan added this in a while back but it was reverted that same day when TFM was updated

There's a difference between /co i(nspect) and /co l(ookup) OPs should not have lookup, mainly because they can trace other player's builds with them.

And how would they do that? Very easy in fact. 1. Lookup the location of a player who placed blocks. 2. It gives the location of the placed blocks. Then you can teleport to that location.

This has been discussed. It's not possible, we can't modify CoreProtect. It has been attempted before, OP's either get all of CoreProtect or none of it. Object.
