ok so smp lags like shit on the new server...
i allocated 14 freaking gb of ram to the server and it can barely stay above 10 tps.
network and disk speed are fast
its the freaking tps. at first i thought it was paper.yml bc when we reset to 1.16 all those files somehow got reset. easy enough to restore it from the 1.15 backup i made.
but it still lags like absolute shit. i added clearlag and viewdistancetweaks.

everything is fully optimized
i honestly swear, my old OVH vps handled better than this new server. it only had "2 vCores", i have no idea what CPU it was but this is a Xeon E3 1245.
i was able to handle over 60 players for graduation on my OVH server and it was 20 tps and yet this server chokes with 10 players.
what the hell is going on? any advice?
i want to move back to the OVH server but the server has to be down for that so idk
