It was absolutely November 12, as that was the day IX was permbanned in the first place. No logs from after November 12 have any signs of IXGamer in them. 2019-11-12-9.log: [16:19:16] [JDA MainWS-ReadThread/INFO]: [DiscordSRV] Chat: [Discord] [Executives] Ivan > tf!console gtfo IxGamerXL you're permanently banned until you change your identity [16:19:16] [Server thread/INFO]: IxGamerXL has been banned and IP is: 98.213.73.90 [16:19:16] [Server thread/INFO]: §cCONSOLE - Banning: IxGamerXL - Reason: §eyou're permanently banned until you change your identity Is there specific evidence that I permanently banned him November 12? I understand that there aren't any logs after that day, but evidence that the permanent ban was added that day? Yes. For instance: a statement from yourself, which was from November 12, the day you banned him from the forums. He was not permbanned from the server, therefore that does not count as a legal reason to ban him. And even if he was permbanned, he couldn't be forum banned unless he violated the rule on that. He also didn't violate the rules in such a major way to warrant a permanent ban, usually when people act up they receive a warning or a temporary ban first. This seems like a sham just to get rid of an annoying person. he actually did "//sphere air 50" which crashed the server, so yes, in fact he was permanently banned, i added him earlier this morning. he has griefed the spawn before as well as other people's builds, and he posted after he knew he was permanently banned which gives cause to forum ban him, as it wasn't related to making an appeal. Here is another one: the entries in the forum ban log, where you and Lemon banned IXGamer from the forums.

Vouch. The reason you were banned seems foolish and what others have piled on top of your suspension (see Dragon's post) are not within the scope of a permanent ban appeal.

There has to be another specific reason then, I don't think I would flat out just ban him for no reason as I wouldn't get away with it. Could it have been for Section 1k, since I said he has griefed previously? This is hard, but it's difficult to prove I banned him with a malicious intent since what I said was satire. If I had a malicious intent, I would have admitted it in my apology.

Framing players of rogue offenses, threatening people, bullying, and rogue activity (all Section 1 violations) are not in the scope of a permanent ban appeal?

These points ("see Dragon's post") are not within the scope of a permanent ban appeal because they aren't currently seeking admin. I don't care why they were suspended from their rank, but rather why they were permanently banned from the server.

Okay, but Dragon's post isn't why he was permbanned, see the actual evidence which has been posted onto this thread thus far (and the offenses which have been explained and admitted to by the OP on numerous other threads) which totally warrants why they were banned from the server given the rules that we have in place.

And I don't believe that the evidence posted onto this thread is sufficient in explaining why he should remain permanently banned from this server. He's issued an apology and, as with zeseryu, I don't think "rogue activity" (as an administrator) should warrant a permanent ban.

My belief is that you found him annoying, so you silenced him by illegitimately permbanning him and then said "he did //sphere air 50 which crashed the server" to justify his permban, even though there is no evidence that backs this up. This belief is backed up by messages in the same group chat, with two being from October and one being from September.

I said it as a joke knowing they wouldn't do it - again because they know they would've been caught.

So this was "satire", even though it was right before he was actually permbanned? It was coincidence, unfortunately. What exactly is a coincidence? Your claims that 1. AsyncWorldEdit was not on the server and 2. he used //sphere air 50 were both debunked with logs. So what "coincidence" would have magically caused you to permanently ban and delete the account of a user after you supposedly jokingly declared that you were going to do just that? You're talking yourself into a ditch.

You're talking yourself into a ditch. This was what I thought had happened. Since the excuse was brought up that he crashed the server with //sphere air 50, AsyncWorldEdit would have had to been off. Again, I don't remember what happened, but there is no proof this was malicious/wasn't malicious. IxGamer was breaking the rules and I wanted him banned. He must've broken the rules at the same time I was joking around about banning him/getting him banned.
