That is incorrect man. Your board has for 4 slots with support up to 3200 MHz. I really recommend before you purchase these items check the specs and make sure you’re buying what you want / need. Was speaking on the one you were talking about sorry if I didn't communicate that properly Nope mine has 4 slots. Also before someone murders me those cables on the right are the fan cables and they’re actually better managed than the picture shows you can barely see them from the window lol

The price is pretty comparable, I need to wait for more parts to restock anyways so I'm just going to fine tune things while waiting Thanks for the help everyone!

The Ryzen 9 3900X is terrible to buy for future proofing, you can spend half the money you'd spend on that buying a Core i7 and it would be way better. The GPU is even worse because NVIDIA has top mathematicians constantly optimizing their drivers and cards and really AMD has no business competing with the amount of innovation that they put into their cards, you can spend again, half the amount of money you'd spend on a mediocre RX on something like a GTX 1060 Ti which would yield amazing performance. ?? how is the ryzen 9 3900x terrible to buy for future proofing: the peformance itself is much better than a core i7 - even being the exact same as the i7 in gaming while dominating in workspace environments. (gaming) www.youtube.com/watch?v=y8_OLaiHgzY(gaming) www.youtube.com/watch?v=NJF9ErBwQeA(workstation) www.youtube.com/watch?v=iwXK2rTpmgsthe GTX 1060 ti can depend on the user (i'd recommend it for people who stream because of the pascal architecture or later turing) however an rx 5600 xt peforms much better in a variety of tests, even when some are most optimised towards nvidia. check prices on an aftermarket rx 5700 xt, because i'd recommend that (especially over a stock where heat is an issue). Yeah but for the price, the 1660 and the 1660 super are great and Radeon's software compared to Nvidia is unmatchable. I personally use the 1660 super (i got it for like $210 from a newegg discount) and it is just insanely powerful.

They do, AMD also does.

The final list might be a few days, I think I'm going to stick with most of the things I have which would be ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/xNhbHB Changes definitely can still be made as I can't purchase like 3 different things due to stock shortages right now. I may buy the CPU GPU RAM and SSD right now but otherwise I'm still waiting for a Case, motherboard, and PSU. Thanks for all the help

Don’t tell me you’re actually gonna spend $800 on a 2060... What should I use instead? Well I personally wouldn’t go for anything more than the 1660 super which is at the perfect price range but since you obviously have a high budget there’s literally a 2070 on the market with a higher base core clock for $715 rather than the $799 2060 you have on pcpartpicker. Look through Pc part picker man you will find stuff. theres also the same EXACT card for like $480. Thats hundreds of dollars you would have wasted. www.amazon.com/dp/B07V1Q4L2Z?tag=pcpapi-20&linkCode=ogi&th=1&psc=1
