Yes.
Note: Reinstatements will not be approved until the executive admin officer can positively verify that the person applying for reinstatement is the same as the past admin - the burden of proof is on the person requesting reinstatement.

I used to be Telnet Admin (Also Clan, but that was removed). I first got admin in March of 2016, and while I do not know when I was first removed, my first reinstatement was posted in January, 2018. I was removed also in the summer of 2019.

a. For long term inactivity? (Yes or No) If Yes, did you post an inactivity notice or did you leave without notice - please explain if no notice was left.
b. I left or was told to leave the server due to a security breach of my accounts (Yes or No). If yes, explain the circumstances and how you plan to ensure it doesn't happen again.
c. I quit or resigned (Yes or No) If Yes, explain why you didn't follow the policy to simply go inactive rather than quit or resign.
d. I was removed or suspended for misconduct (Yes or No) If yes, explain why and detail your plan to ensure it won't happen again.
Long story short, I provided LightUk with log screenshots of what I thought was admin misconduct so that he would report them, technically breaking rule 1.o of the policy. LightUk’s group also had some malicious intents, and I ended up being permanently banned along with the rest of people in the group because of it. I also was suspended once more, for being involved in a similar situation with UYScutix.
I, again, want to emphasize that I deeply regret my past actions. I had a twisted perception of the higher ups and should not have been involved in any of those situations.

At least once each week. However, in a month I’ll be able to be more active on the server.

Yes. I have seen recent changes, such as the removal of 3.q of the policy.
