I've been sitting in admincraft for this moment. And it's on the TF forums, what is this madness. ?
Some of those plugins are quite interesting for an graduation. It's preferred to use less plugins to ensure you have space to scale.
Have you thought of getting the robes, and how do you plan on showcasing the event? Additionally, why blur out your personal plugin.

All of them are basically needed.

I mean how knowledgeable will someone be to notice what plugins you use... Anyways, plugin wise if it's strictly a graduation, I'll remove close to everything. Even the Blockeley Music Festival had about 12 plugins. Also, may I ask why you have SkinsRestorer?

Even the Blockeley Music Festival had about 12 plugins. Also, may I ask why you have SkinsRestorer? AsyncWorldedit / WorldEdit / WorldGuard - All essential. WorldEdit was used for building, and WorldGuard is to protect it. WorldGuard requires WorldEdit. I suppose I could remove AWE, but that improves performance, so I don't know why I'd remove that. BlocksHub / CoreProtect - Shouldn't have to say anything. CoreProtect is a must have and BlocksHub adds compatibility for AWE CleanroomChunkGenerator / Multiverse - Used for generating the world, and needed to keep the world up... CommandSpy - Helps administrate the servers, because we know some players will be up to no good. It's easy if all the admins are on the same page Dynmap - A 3D render of the world for people who either don't want to join or don't have a computer / had trouble joining. Essentials - Not going to remove this for obvious reasons GlobalMute - Keeps everyone quiet during the actual ceremony GSit - Allows players to sit in chairs during the ceremony ImageMaps - Probably one of the most useful plugins. Allows us to put the school logo, and the murals we have on the hallway in the actual game. LoginSecurity - Protects the admins from other players logging in as us and cucking the server LuckPerms - Shouldn't even have to justify this one SkinsRestorer / ProtocolLib - The server is in offline mode for people who haven't bought Minecraft. The plugin lets premium players retain their skins and lets offline mode players choose a skin they like Vault - Essential for LuckPerms and Essentials to work WitherAC - This is primarily to prevent people from flying all over the place and using other hacks. We don't want people flying up during the ceremony, plus it makes people less jealous that one person has hacks. The built in fly protection doesn't catch jack shit.

<snip, pretty long list...> In my experience and review, it's better to have less plugins for graduation. Since the main focus is on the graduation event you should work to make sure that experience is smooth. When there is less players you can splurge on the plugins. Also, disabling Mojang Authentication is highly not suggested in many of the communities I've been in. And would result in not receiving any support for optimizing your server once discovered. Best of luck!

And I won't be arguing with you about plugins as it's perspective base on what you want to leverage.?
