I am the laziest man alivewhich is why im compiling everything i can into 1 post, instead of making like 17 different posts, in this post i will be listing off a few things • bugs that need to be fixed • suggestions to improve things that already exist in the server • suggestions to allow ops and players in general to have more fun on the server
Section 1 : Bugsthere are quite a few existing bugs, some of which have needed to be fixed for a while
1) Remove Vanished players from /near 2) make it so that /msg or any variants of the cmd, can not be used to message a vanished player 3) sometimes iron bars, walls, fences, and glass panes will attach to each other but then overtime will for some reason stop being attached, making it so you have to update the blocks to make it how you want 4) if you /ride a player while disguised then get off you will be completely frozen until you undisguise 5) when using the grappling hook, you will sometimes go to fast, and due to the thing that rubberbands players that go super fast to prevent loading a bunch of chunks, it ends up lagging you back, making the grappling hook not fun to use 6) ban fionn for calling me by my real name which i don't wish to be called by in game or in any vc.
6) /setidletimeout for some reason is able to kick everyone forever 7) /list displays that there are "-1 out of a maximum 75 players online" if there are any more that you wish to be added to this list dm me on the forums or in discord and i will add it to the mega thread Section 2 : Suggestions to Pre-existing Stuffthese are things that just need very minor tweaks to be improved a lot1) give /jumppads to ops 2) set /toggle fluidspread to enable by default 3) either fix or remove /cuck 4) allow admins to bypass the captcha
5) give masterbuilders access to /plot merge, and the ability to claim up to 4 plots 6) make /potionspy less spamy 7) make /effect an alias for /potion 8) the addlight plugin doesnt seem to work like at all 9) make it so if you /cage a player who is already caged it will uncage them, same with /mute, and also /orbit (ik /unmute & /cage off is a think but this would be quicker and i always accidently do this anyways to unmute or uncage someone) 10) unblock /skin set, we can just do /skin [username/url] which does the same thing so why block it (/skin set allows you to set other peoples skins, this suggestion has been removed) 11) add /spwan, and other cmds similar to /lsit 12) add more knockback and damage to the fireball shop item 13) someone removed the holograms at the spawn of adminworld with the list of ever admin and their rank (i spent a while making that) 14) add a limit to /say /broadcast or anything like that, make this limit somehting like 1000 the only reason why this needs to be added is that if someone where to go onto telnet or something like that and do something like "o [insert entirety of star wars episode 3 script]" it would lag every single admin for a solid like 5 minutes which we dont want, same thing with /say except it would freeze everyone on the server 15) add a -q argument to /doom and /lockup, probably wont be used that much but why not have it 16) prevent Telnet Admins from being able to do /plc disable bukkittelnet or /plc reload bukkittelnet, i know this makes me seem like a bit of a buzz kill, but rly telnets shouldn't be able to just kick everyone off of telnet at a whim, mabye restrict reloading or disabling bukkit telnet to seniors 17) add back /toggle tpronjoin and /toggle clearonjoin its a lot easier to use this than /autoclear or /autotp when there are a multitude of people who have gotten crash chunked 18) fix worldedit navigation wand (right click while holding a compass, it's basically just a /jump powertool) 19) unblock /tree and /bigtree for masterbuilders Section 2b: Updating plugins Current list of plugins that need updating as of May 12th, 20201) Async World Edit ( 3.6.20 -> 3.7.0) 2) Holographic Displays (2.4.1-SNAPSHOT -> 2.4.1) 3) LibsDisguises(9.8.9-SNAPSHOT -> 10.0.8) 4) Openinv (4.0.8 -> 4.1.0) 5) PlotSquared (4.462 -> 5.11.0) 6) Plan (5.1 build 497 -> 5.1 build 545) 7) ProtocolLib (4.5.0-SNAPSHOT-b439 -> 4.5.0)
if there are any more that you wish to be added to either of these lists dm me on the forums or in discord and i will add it to the mega thread
Section 3: Suggestions for new stuffthese are all just a few small things that i think will improve player retention1) Add back crackshot, we can remove the airstrike from the config file, and maybe we can let admins (and maybe ops) submit weapon files for crackshot
2) Add the Carz plugin, i loved this plugin why did we ever remove it, its just some cars 3) add the Armor Stand Edit plugin, would allow for some interesting builds 4) add the heads data base plugin ( this one, to be exact), heads allow are a great building utility, we should be able to have access to use them 5) add more shop items 6) Make a quality assurence server where admins can test out all the things with tfm and other plugins we use to find bugs and other stuff like that, possibly hooked to main server with bungee (suggested by Polaris Seltzeris ) 7) Make a deployment system for updating plugins automaticly, im not 100% sure how this works, but from what it sounds we really need this (suggested by Polaris Seltzeris ) 8) Get more developers, i understand that seth likes to work alone and thats perfectly fine, but i think we need a dev that can do some smaller things, say for instance one small little thing in a plugin broke, the new developer could fix that so that seth can focus on making the much bigger changes to the server.if there are any more things that you wish to be added to this list dm me on the forums or in discord and i will add it to the mega thread
above is the original post, this is the current stuff Section 4: everything not in the original post1) carz automatically get wiped by the entity wiper in like 2 minutes, thus kicking you out of the cart, maybe make it so that the entity wiper doesn't wipe a minecart if a player is inside of it2) grappling hook still lags you back but much less 3) some of those plugins that you didn't update still need to be updated, like plan, tho I do think that some of those actually where the same just the filenames were different, but plan definitely has a new update. 4) telnets can still reload/disable bukkit telnet 5) the new toggles haven't been added yet, don't know if you are still working on that or if it just never went through to the server 6) /jumppads is still not enabled for ops 7) I still think you should add that safeguard to /say, /bc, ect. 8) add the stuff unturned sent(reports from Feueristic )
9)OPs does not have //pos1 //pos2. There is little to no meaning to blocking this after we've got WorldEdit limits and //calc being blocked. 10)//fill is blocked by TFM despite it being enabled before. I proposed this before but this didn't get much recognition. 11)/ignore is not correctly implemented. 12)/nicking can bypass /tag's block of rank words (Admin, Owner etc). 13)/heal-ing all still exists. I think we just never got around to blocking it or that it for some reason is allowed? 14) Same thing goes for /eco. If we're not allowed to set everybody's money, why not just block that from the get-go? 15) /tpa through tptoggle is NYI (https://totalfreedom.boards.net/thread/66120/suggestions) after quite a while. Do we have any other plans or is it just because you never got around to it?16) mabye give all players like 5 coins every 10 minutes, to promote people who are active on the server, to continue to stay active 17) fix/remove worldgaurdextraflags, none of the flags added by this plugin work, though it would be rly nice if we could get that worldedit flag working 18) fix /getnbt (cmd from vunerablility patcher), atm no matter what item you hold it will always display as having no data 19) add back /rollback, mabye make it just an easier version of /co rollback, where u can just do /rollback [player] [time] and it will rollback that one player by that time, like 1h (1 hour) or 5m (5 minutes) or whatever 20) add a filter to telnet client (or just remove this feture from the server) so that when people place a fire it doesnt completly spam telnet 21) add more voteing sites. 22) i did some research and have no clue if this is even possible, but if it is possible, we should make it so that when a admin sets /toggle firework to enable it should kill all fireworks and firework particles 23) add /discord, just have it display the link to the discord, to many people ask "oh, wheres the link to the discord reeeeeee" 24) IMPORTANT: Update Paper MC (git-Paper-121 -> git-paper-282) We are 161 versions behind25) if you join from an alt account while your main account is on the server, the alternate account cant use admin chat (reported by SupItsDillon)26) give Master Builders access to //limit -1, Also restrict ops from using //limit -1, mb's are supposed to be builders and shouldnt have to deal with the worldedit limit, and i dont think ops should have had access to //limit -1 anyways 27) give admins a bypass to the breaking/placing blocks to fast kicks, and (if they dont have a bypass to this already) a bypass for the spamming chat kick 28) update the announcement messages; prefix: '&5[&eTotalFreedom&5] &b'
announcements: - 'Be sure to visit our forums at &6https://totalfreedom.boards.net/' - 'You can always review the server rules here: &6https://totalfreedom.boards.net/thread/65799&b or check out &6/rules' - 'If you are not OP, be sure to ask!' - 'Somebody breaking the rules? Report it! &6/report <user> <reason>.&b Reports go directly to the admins, So don't worry if there aren't any on!' - 'Griefing is not allowed!' - 'Hacked clients are allowed!' - 'Interested in becoming admin? Type &6/ai for more information!' - 'You may view all online administrators via &6/list -a' - 'Save your buildings via WorldEdit! &6http://totalfreedom.me &bfor more information!'
- 'Famous players, such as Notch, are always fake! We are an offline/cracked server!' - 'You may contact TotalFreedom support on Twitter! &6https://tiny.re/tfsupport' - 'You may download TotalFreedomMod here: &6https://tiny.re/tfm+' - 'Catholic_Mario is the owner of TotalFreedom.' - 'MarkByron is the founder of TotalFreedom.' - 'Server lagging? Check the lag via &6/tps &bor &6/gc' - 'You are allowed to record and stream videos on TotalFreedom.' - 'Player vs player while in creative or god mode is forbidden!' - 'Spawn killing is forbidden!' - 'Invisible potions are allowed!' - 'Serial griefing and trolling will result in a permanent ban!'
- 'TotalFreedom does not accept any form of donations!' - 'Racism, nazism, and sexism are strictly forbidden!' - 'Join our Discord server! Link: &6https://discordapp.com/invite/XXjmAmV/' these don't have to be exactly it but this is a rough idea for an improvement of them, striked out ones just need to be outright removed 29) add a /sudo alias of gchat or gcmd, either one works 30) Van op Clans
30) Make Reactions give you a random amount of coins between 5 and 10 31) make a better player verification system so that we can re-enable offline mode 32) Setup a Deployment system (suggested by Polaris Seltzeris ) 33) remove the autofishing kick, why is that even a thing 34) Update Vulnerablility patcher to fix 18 ( github.com/Focusvity/VulnerabilityPatcher/releases/tag/v1.3)

to make it easier for people to vouch I would recommend doing something like
"1:4 vouch/object [reason]" 1:4 being section 1 item 4, alternatively you could do something like "vouch/object for all of section 2b, [reason]" to just vouch for a whole section or like "3: 1-4 vouch/object [reason]" to signify section 3 items 1, 2, 3, and 4, all at once, this should make it much easier to determine what should be added and what shouldnt

movecraft but only when its 1.15.2/1.16 the current version only supports up to 1.12, and we have tried to make it work for 1.15.2 before, and it didnt work, so im affraid that unless the developers update it themselves, theres nothing we can do about that

"2) make it so that /msg or any variants of the cmd, can not be used to message a vanished player"
I don't agree with this at all, you should always be able to message/report to online admins.
"3) sometimes iron bars, walls, fences, and glass panes will attach to each other but then overtime will for some reason stop being attached, making it so you have to update the blocks to make it how you want"
This sounds on its face to me like a Minecraft problem... why would one of our plugins be causing this?
"3) either fix or remove /cuck"
Preferably remove, because it doesn't need to exist as a command.
"4) allow admins to bypass the captcha"
It would be preferable to remove the captcha entirely since it's an inefficient way of preventing bot attacks (except we're in online mode anyway apparently?) which also drives players away.
"5) give masterbuilders access to /plot merge, and the ability to claim up to 4 plots"
Why 4 plots? They already have their own world...
"9) make it so if you /cage a player who is already caged it will uncage them, same with /mute, and also /orbit (ik /unmute & /cage off is a think but this would be quicker and i always accidently do this anyways to unmute or uncage someone)"
Should have already worked this way honestly, adding an extra command just to undo another is dumb.
"11) add /spwan, and other cmds similar to /lsit"
This is kind of dumb... there are an infinite number of combinations of typos that we can add as aliases to every single command in existence. I think the reason why /lsit was added is simply because it was the most notorious typo, it doesn't need to turn into a pattern in our commands.
"14) add a limit to /say /broadcast or anything like that, make this limit somehting like 1000 the only reason why this needs to be added is that if someone where to go onto telnet or something like that and do something like "o [insert entirety of star wars episode 3 script]" it would lag every single admin for a solid like 5 minutes which we dont want, same thing with /say except it would freeze everyone on the server"
This is one of those cases where it's not a technology problem and it's a problem of admins needing to be suspended for abusing power in my opinion. The Minecraft client already has a chat limit, and if you have access to telnet there should be some sort of common sense there.
"16) prevent Telnet Admins from being able to do /plc disable bukkittelnet or /plc reload bukkittelnet, i know this makes me seem like a bit of a buzz kill, but rly telnets shouldn't be able to just kick everyone off of telnet at a whim, mabye restrict reloading or disabling bukkit telnet to seniors"
Telnet admins should not have the ability to control our plugins, that should be restricted to way higher ranks (preferably just a developer/executive rank honestly, even seniors shouldn't have access).
"Section 2b: Updating plugins Current list of plugins that need updating as of May 12th, 2020 1) Async World Edit ( 3.6.20 -> 3.7.0) 2) Holographic Displays (2.4.1-SNAPSHOT -> 2.4.1) 3) LibsDisguises(9.8.9-SNAPSHOT -> 10.0.8) 4) Openinv (4.0.8 -> 4.1.0) 5) PlotSquared (4.462 -> 5.11.0) 6) Plan (5.1 build 497 -> 5.1 build 545) 7) ProtocolLib (4.5.0-SNAPSHOT-b439 -> 4.5.0)"
Solution: Deployment system.
"6) Get more developers, i understand that seth likes to work alone and thats perfectly fine, but i think we need a dev that can do some smaller things, say for instance one small little thing in a plugin broke, the new developer could fix that so that seth can focus on making the much bigger changes to the server."
Ideally, ones that are able to do more than just tweaks around the edges and can set up useful systems for us.

"2) make it so that /msg or any variants of the cmd, can not be used to message a vanished player" I don't agree with this at all, you should always be able to message/report to online admins. my main idea behind this is that I don't think ops should be able to be able to just /msg a vanished admin, I think it would be fine if they could respond if a vanished admin msgs them, but shouldn't be able to directly message a vanished admin, earlier today we had a problem with someone who we thought might be trying to preform a crash chunk so an admin went in vanish to check them out, and the second the admin went in vanish some ops just did /msg [admin] test, and then when he saw he was able to message them, they said out loud in chat "lol, [admin] is just in vanish, he didn't leave" "3) sometimes iron bars, walls, fences, and glass panes will attach to each other but then overtime will for some reason stop being attached, making it so you have to update the blocks to make it how you want" This sounds on its face to me like a Minecraft problem... why would one of our plugins be causing this? after a bunch of testing I have found out that it is a problem with how awe deals with updating non-full blocks, it is not a issue with vanilla minecraft "3) either fix or remove /cuck" Preferably remove, because it doesn't need to exist as a command. agreed "4) allow admins to bypass the captcha" It would be preferable to remove the captcha entirely since it's an inefficient way of preventing bot attacks (except we're in online mode anyway apparently?) which also drives players away. the captcha is still useful in case we ever decide to return to offline mode "5) give masterbuilders access to /plot merge, and the ability to claim up to 4 plots" Why 4 plots? They already have their own world... fair point "11) add /spwan, and other cmds similar to /lsit" This is kind of dumb... there are an infinite number of combinations of typos that we can add as aliases to every single command in existence. I think the reason why /lsit was added is simply because it was the most notorious typo, it doesn't need to turn into a pattern in our commands. while I do agree we shouldn't do this with all cmds, its nice to have it with the most common ones, like /spwan and /lsit, I don't think we should do this with all cmds, just the most notorious ones 14) add a limit to /say /broadcast or anything like that, make this limit somehting like 1000 the only reason why this needs to be added is that if someone where to go onto telnet or something like that and do something like "o [insert entirety of star wars episode 3 script]" it would lag every single admin for a solid like 5 minutes which we dont want, same thing with /say except it would freeze everyone on the server" This is one of those cases where it's not a technology problem and it's a problem of admins needing to be suspended for abusing power in my opinion. The Minecraft client already has a chat limit, and if you have access to telnet there should be some sort of common sense there. I 100% agree with this but the problem is, most people don't think that it is that big of a deal and some sra's/executives use this like this, either way, its best just to have a safeguard just in case "16) prevent Telnet Admins from being able to do /plc disable bukkittelnet or /plc reload bukkittelnet, i know this makes me seem like a bit of a buzz kill, but rly telnets shouldn't be able to just kick everyone off of telnet at a whim, mabye restrict reloading or disabling bukkit telnet to seniors" Telnet admins should not have the ability to control our plugins, that should be restricted to way higher ranks (preferably just a developer/executive rank honestly, even seniors shouldn't have access). this I do not agree with, in my time as a telnet admin I have had to use /plc to fix a number of problems and also it has helped us find memory leaks and other stuff like that, It should not be removed from telnets "Section 2b: Updating plugins Current list of plugins that need updating as of May 12th, 2020 1) Async World Edit ( 3.6.20 -> 3.7.0) 2) Holographic Displays (2.4.1-SNAPSHOT -> 2.4.1) 3) LibsDisguises(9.8.9-SNAPSHOT -> 10.0.8) 4) Openinv (4.0.8 -> 4.1.0) 5) PlotSquared (4.462 -> 5.11.0) 6) Plan (5.1 build 497 -> 5.1 build 545) 7) ProtocolLib (4.5.0-SNAPSHOT-b439 -> 4.5.0)" Solution: Deployment system. i am not qualified enough to have any clue what the fuck a deployment system is, but I'm assuming that it auto updates the plugins, in which case i would deffinitly agree with that "6) Get more developers, i understand that seth likes to work alone and thats perfectly fine, but i think we need a dev that can do some smaller things, say for instance one small little thing in a plugin broke, the new developer could fix that so that Seth can focus on making the much bigger changes to the server." "3) sometimes iron bars, walls, fences, and glass panes will attach to each other but then overtime will for some reason stop being attached, making it so you have to update the blocks to make it how you want" This sounds on its face to me like a Minecraft problem... why would one of our plugins be causing this? after a bunch of testing I have found out that it is a problem with how awe deals with updating non-full blocks, it is not a issue with vanilla minecraft Then since Seth is the only developer he should send in a bug report/issue to their plugin. "16) prevent Telnet Admins from being able to do /plc disable bukkittelnet or /plc reload bukkittelnet, i know this makes me seem like a bit of a buzz kill, but rly telnets shouldn't be able to just kick everyone off of telnet at a whim, mabye restrict reloading or disabling bukkit telnet to seniors" Telnet admins should not have the ability to control our plugins, that should be restricted to way higher ranks (preferably just a developer/executive rank honestly, even seniors shouldn't have access). this I do not agree with, in my time as a telnet admin I have had to use /plc to fix a number of problems and also it has helped us find memory leaks and other stuff like that, It should not be removed from telnets It isn't the job of admins at all to be disabling/enabling plugins on the live server. 10) unblock /skin set, we can just do /skin [username/url] which does the same thing so why block it The reason why '/skin set' is blocked is because someone can change someone's skin. 14) add a limit to /say /broadcast or anything like that, make this limit somehting like 1000 the only reason why this needs to be added is that if someone where to go onto telnet or something like that and do something like "o [insert entirety of star wars episode 3 script]" it would lag every single admin for a solid like 5 minutes which we dont want, same thing with /say except it would freeze everyone on the server It's easy fix - just need a check and limit the characters if it's over the limit.

The reason why '/skin set' is blocked is because someone can change someone's skin. thank you, this has been striked out from the list

It's also damaging to innocent players if they think there is no admin on and no one to report actual problems to.Then since Seth is the only developer he should send in a bug report/issue to their plugin. It's inefficient and drives away players regardless of what mode it's in.It's usually not a good sign when senior admins and executives are abusing broadcast commands to crash/lag the server, sounds like some suspensions are necessary if your framing is correct. It isn't the job of admins at all to be disabling/enabling plugins on the live server. It should be reserved for trusted executives/developers who qualify to access those commands, it is not an administrative command in any capacity. If we need a quality assurance server where people can mess with the plugins, I recommend that instead, admin access to those commands on a live server is very bad. I've suggested deployment/production systems for a long time although it falls on deaf ears, really our system is no different than that of a 9 year old server owner and for a server as old as us (going on a full decade) there's no reason why we can't put some effort into a good QA/prod system. 1) /report goes to a discord channel that all admins can see, there is a broadcast every so often that tells you about this, if you thin no admin is on, use /report it is the best way to reach us 2) yes he should 3) when i say that seniors or executives use it, i don't necessarily mean that they use it to crash or freeze anyone, but in some cases they are causing lag, and/or just spamming, whether its in admin chat or in the normal chat, if it happened more often i probably would file an IA report 4) i would absolutely love a quality assurance server, robin had a test server (dragon.dragonfire.me or something like that) but robin is now no longer part of the staff team 5) after a bit of research into exactly what a deployment system is, i will deffinitly be adding that as one of the suggestions in this thread In my honest opinion, setting up an effortful deployment/production system is an excellent priority for a development team, the only problem is that we don't necessarily have a development team and rather one person. In an ideal world, Seth would get Wild and any others who know what they are doing to set up a deployment system which compiles all Java code that a server would be using, uses branches on GitHub for version numbering and ensures there's no mismatching trash, allows full configuration of the server and plugins, and deployment to either a QA server or the live server (master branch). The QA server would not just be a random server, it would be a private clone of the live server to test any updates before they hit prod for developers/testers to make sure everything is ready to go. The actual process of deploying to a server should be incredibly easy, one-click and it's configured and deployed to whatever server. Having an online web server to act as a control panel for a deployment system is also an excellent thing to have.

Thanks for the info, i will try to pass this directly to seth and see if we can do this, because this sounds like a rly important thing we should focus our efforts on

1) Async World Edit ( 3.6.20 -> 3.7.0) 2) Holographic Displays (2.4.1-SNAPSHOT -> 2.4.1) 3) LibsDisguises(9.8.9-SNAPSHOT -> 10.0.8) 4) Openinv (4.0.8 -> 4.1.0) 5) PlotSquared (4.462 -> 5.11.0) 6) Plan (5.1 build 497 -> 5.1 build 545) 7) ProtocolLib (4.5.0-SNAPSHOT-b439 -> 4.5.0) AsyncWorldEdit 3.7.0 is for premium users (at the moment) LibsDisguises is still a TF- modified plugin. I believe TF is running my modified LibsDisguises, so I'll update that now. Paper itself should also be updated

Section 1 : Bugs
1) Remove Vanished players from /near - near is broken right now bc someone broke it so this isnt a bug
2) make it so that /msg or any variants of the cmd, can not be used to message a vanished player - planned for 1.16
3) sometimes iron bars, walls, fences, and glass panes will attach to each other but then overtime will for some reason stop being attached, making it so you have to update the blocks to make it how you want - thats not my fault, only happens with rollbacks and sometimes worldedit, this is a block update issue with that game
4) if you /ride a player while disguised then get off you will be completely frozen until you undisguise - what breaks with players riding other players in other plugins isnt my fault
5) when using the grappling hook, you will sometimes go to fast, and due to the thing that rubberbands players that go super fast to prevent loading a bunch of chunks, it ends up lagging you back, making the grappling hook not fun to use - ill lower the velocity
6) ban fionn for calling me by my real name which i don't wish to be called by in game or in any vc. - done . 6) /setidletimeout for some reason is able to kick everyone forever - should of been blocked, done
7) /list displays that there are "-1 out of a maximum 75 players online" - fixed
Section 2 : Suggestions to Pre-existing Stuff
1) give /jumppads to ops - done
2) set /toggle fluidspread to enable by default - its disabled to stop fluid griefing and lag with worldedit
3) either fix or remove /cuck - no
4) allow admins to bypass the captcha - 1.16 planned
5) give masterbuilders access to /plot merge, and the ability to claim up to 4 plots - they already have the masterbuilder world
6) make /potionspy less spamy - tell people to stop throwing so many potions then
7) make /effect an alias for /potion - done
8) the addlight plugin doesnt seem to work like at all - deleted it, hasnt been updated in years
9) make it so if you /cage a player who is already caged it will uncage them, same with /mute, and also /orbit (ik /unmute & /cage off is a think but this would be quicker and i always accidently do this anyways to unmute or uncage someone) - done
10) unblock /skin set, we can just do /skin [username/url] which does the same thing so why block it - fixed
11) add /spwan, and other cmds similar to /lsit - /lsit was a joke request i added, its a one time thing
12) add more knockback and damage to the fireball shop item - its not supposed to hurt you
13) someone removed the holograms at the spawn of adminworld with the list of ever admin and their rank (i spent a while making that) - there is a staff list of heads in the adminworld, I randomly clear all the holograms because idiots spam them
14) add a limit to /say /broadcast or anything like that, make this limit somehting like 1000 the only reason why this needs to be added is that if someone where to go onto telnet or something like that and do something like "o [insert entirety of star wars episode 3 script]" it would lag every single admin for a solid like 5 minutes which we dont want, same thing with /say except it would freeze everyone on the server - admins shouldnt be spamming that muc in the first place, esp into /say and /broadcast
15) add a -q argument to /doom and /lockup, probably wont be used that much but why not have it - doom is a command that makes bans more dramatic, it would ruin the point of it if its silent, however, i made lockup silentable.
16) prevent Telnet Admins from being able to do /plc disable bukkittelnet or /plc reload bukkittelnet, i know this makes me seem like a bit of a buzz kill, but rly telnets shouldn't be able to just kick everyone off of telnet at a whim, mabye restrict reloading or disabling bukkit telnet to seniors - that was annoying to me too, done
17) add back /toggle tpronjoin and /toggle clearonjoin its a lot easier to use this than /autoclear or /autotp when there are a multitude of people who have gotten crash chunked - done, added as /toggle autotp and /toggle autoclear
18) fix worldedit navigation wand (right click while holding a compass, it's basically just a /jump powertool) - all players have worldedit.navigation.*
19) unblock /tree and /bigtree for masterbuilders - removed block from the blocked commands list
Section 2b: Updating plugins
1) Async World Edit ( 3.6.20 -> 3.7.0) - 3.7.0 - isnt out yet 2) Holographic Displays (2.4.1-SNAPSHOT -> 2.4.1) - bruh 3) LibsDisguises(9.8.9-SNAPSHOT -> 10.0.8) - im going to update this once i write the perm nodes for it 4) Openinv (4.0.8 -> 4.1.0) - updated 5) PlotSquared (4.462 -> 5.11.0) - im going to write perm nodes for this too 6) Plan (5.1 build 497 -> 5.1 build 545) - bruh 7) ProtocolLib (4.5.0-SNAPSHOT-b439 -> 4.5.0) - bruh
Section 3: Suggestions for new stuff
1) Add back crackshot, we can remove the airstrike from the config file, and maybe we can let admins (and maybe ops) submit weapon files for crackshot - hasnt been updated in years, no idea if it still works
2) Add the Carz plugin, i loved this plugin why did we ever remove it, its just some cars - added
3) add the Armor Stand Edit plugin, would allow for some interesting builds - this was removed for some reason, but i dont remember why
4) add the heads data base plugin (this one, to be exact), heads allow are a great building utility, we should be able to have access to use them - not paying $10 for a stupid head list
5) add more shop items - i was planning to add more items at one point
6) Get more developers, i understand that seth likes to work alone and thats perfectly fine, but i think we need a dev that can do some smaller things, say for instance one small little thing in a plugin broke, the new developer could fix that so that seth can focus on making the much bigger changes to the server. - seth says no one makes pull requests. seth also says that editing plugins requires server access which is no, seth is not that busy has he has no life to begin with, also seth says that the small things take no time at all, in fact hes spending more time typing and formatting responses than actually doing the accepted changes ;)
