You registered this year in March. In comparison, I registered in December of 2014. You have half the amount of posts that I do. Sure you talk a lot but you're dedicated to the server, which is good. Just be humble and keep working hard. Getting admin isn't hard if you do your thing, help others, are kind, social and someone that can be talked to (because talking goes a long way as an admin and helping people). Everyone has immaturity in them and I'm pretty sure I failed like 2-3 times on my app before becoming super so don't get too anxious about failure, it happens but you choose how to deal with it. Also don't break rules as others have said. You cannot enforce rules if you are breaking them man. I've actually been here for 4-5 years but got permbanned recently. Windows please lock this thread, it got bumped accidentally

If I'm being honest, you've hurt your chances - a lot. I would assume almost every admin knows of you already and has a bad impression of you. One solution, of course, is to spend the next couple of months fixing your behavior, rebuilding bridges with players/admins, and repairing your reputation. Another solution, which some might frown at, is changing your identity. That there is an all risk and all reward sort of option. You pretty much have the opportunity to start from scratch and work from a clean slate. Mind you, you need to change how you act on the forums so people would think you are actually a different person. So, the risk of this option is if people find out you've swapped identities to try and fix yourself your reputation might drop to some unrecoverable level some might be left quite paranoid of you. If you change your username on the server it won't matter, but the forums should be your start.
Now, I understand some will disagree with that second option however, all I'm doing is laying all the cards on the table.

Wasn't that basically what the identity policy was about, and then it got removed?

Another solution, which some might frown at, is changing your identity. Why should someone frown upon someone changing their identity? Anyone should have the chance to have a clean slate. When I returned, I chose not to, because I wanted to make amends to the people I have annoyed and angered. If he doesn't have the time, nor wishes not to, why should he?

As SKS once told me, new identities are worthless because at one point you're gonna end up revealing your true self. Admins have given me alts before, even just two-three months back I was given one since I was going to try. However if a new guy comes straight after my removal from being permanently banned, then it's gonna raise suspicion. I'd rather rebuild bridges with players first as I lost a lot of friends here already

I’m not going to lie to you man, I’ve been in your shoes. When I first became an admin back in 2016, I was 12. I’m not going to say it’s impossible to become an admin at that age because it’s really not, but it was a lot more stressful back then, because not only had I not matured yet, but my feelings and emotions were going crazy. I’d say chill out, find a group of people you like, and like you, and don’t try to become an admin. I know this probably sounds weird, but if you don’t try to become an admin, and sort of pull in recommendations just for being active and helpful, that will look better on applications than one recommendation because someone felt bad. I think I applied for super admin 4 or 5 times before Adaptified TPaSed me. I did not know Adaptified at all, nor had he even recommended me on my application, but he still TPaSed me. You want to have that happen, not to be TPaSed because the PaS system no longer exists, but for admins to see you’re a positive role model in the community and it’s time to be elevated to admin status. This might be a lot for you to take in, it sure was when I became a super, but it’s a lesson I wish I would have found out about.
As for the identity thing, I wouldn’t try it. Other than the one I’ve had from start to now, I’ve had 2 other identities. One successfully became an admin, but the second one was less successful. Either way, I was stupid for doing that, because while it did become admin, like you said, people began to figure out who I really was, and no matter what my maturity wasn’t very high, so I kind of had the same notoriety I had before I changed identities. But now, no matter the shit I’ve caused in the past, the amount of times I had been suspended, even almost voted off, I’m now a senior admin and I’d say I’ve improved a good amount since then.
