The activity policy doesn't go off of your personal observations of who's inactive or not, it goes off of the objective metrics of forum activity and the server activity log. I also have little clue what discord activity has to do with this subject at all when a grand total of 0 admins have ever been removed for not participating on the discord. There's nothing we can do about people being inactive prior to the freeze because activity is relative to the present and there is currently a freeze, the idea is that we should eventually end that freeze and start actually enforcing the policy. "The activity policy doesn't go off of your personal observations of who's inactive or not, it goes off of the objective metrics of forum activity and the server activity log."logs would probably prove that the majority of added admins regularly speaking on discord are active on the server and forums. "I also have little clue what discord activity has to do with this subject at all when a grand total of 0 admins have ever been removed for not participating on the discord."other way around "the idea is that we should eventually end that freeze and start actually enforcing the policy."i would agree with this, we need a time set for the inactivity policy to come back (hence the point of the thread) however are we basing this off one large date when most country's regulations have been laid off or something else Again, bringing up "speaking on discord." What does that have to do with this thread? The activity policy being discussed here only cares about forum activity and the server activity log. I can't tell what argument you're trying to make by bringing up the discord at all because it seems like a total non sequitur. What we need to do is discuss when exactly the policy should be resumed.

What counts as a majority? What of the fact that we may see lockdowns going into later years and months on-end? We shouldn't continuously not monitor activity for potentially years.

Maybe you guys should just check in with the admin who's gone inactive. If they give an explanation you think is valid ok don't remove them. You can be lenient like that. If they don't respond remove them - it's not like they can't reinstate. Reinstating is really easy and most of the time admins get reinstated to their original status anyway

the easiest thing to do is:
'Reply to this thread if you are an active admin' and if it all goes well for a week any inactives may get removed
