The owner policy was an extremely useful policy as in the unlikely event of something happening to the owner, there would be a solution. Why was this policy removed? Seth could disappear at any time.
Also don't vote just because you want your friend to always be owner. Seth is a great owner but if we don't have a backup plan how do we deal with it?

It shouldn't have been removed in the first place, given that it's the only policy which validates Seth's current position as owner and was voted on by the vast majority of people here into existence.
It would be preferable to modify some provisions of it, though.

Why? That's definitely not enough votes. More than half of the 'active' admins haven't been in-game since forever. They are the ones lurking on the forums and they are the extra votes that don't even notice what's happening in TF Admins aren't the only one on the forum...

You need to be patient. In the future, do not close polls after 3 hours. Considering our player base is global (meaning different timezones) you need to allow atleast a couple days if not weeks.
