It's excellent for the price and performance, a great GPU deal, and a perfect HDD. Best build you can pick for what you want. Might go for an SSD instead, even if its only 300gb as I'm only gonna have MC for a bit of time then in October I'll add more storage and ram as well as a good GPU In the same build I linked you can select an SSD in the exact same price range, it's just that you're going to have less storage. The build by default has 8 GB but allows you to select 16 GB, I'd argue that most people that buy 16 GB don't actually need more than 8 GB. GTX 1050 Ti can be great for CAD but depending on what it is the GTX 1660 or RTX 2060 would be preferable and save some money compared to what you would spend and that's way more powerful. An SSD is great if you're willing to pay more for less storage just for the added performance, but an HDD will yield you more storage for the price and last longer over years, entirely depends on what you use it for.

Those specs are significantly worse than the other 2 builds you posted, plus it comes with a totally unnecessary internet security package.

AMD is set to release the Ryzen 3 3100 and Ryzen 3 3300X this month, while Intel's upcoming Comet Lake chips will include i3s this time around. If you're willing to wait a little bit, try to find a prebuilt with one of those, they will be a lot better than the i3-9100F and Ryzen 3 3200G.
