www.uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/BhWfjpI'm so sorry for making another thread on this but this is a completely new parts list. I'm thinking I don't want an SSD right now. The graphics card is an RX 580, recommended by @squarent. @sks has helped me a lot with my choices however I want to know what everyone thinks. Please no flame wars like intel vs amd and stuff

A good choice of Graphics Card, if you want another suggestion for graphics card, I have an EVGA GeForce GTX 980FTW. For processor go for a cheap AMD Processor like the AMD Ryzen 3 2200g, or go for an Intel i5.

I would personally take an SSD over more storage any day. The difference is really noticeable for the boot drive. If you don't mind a little bit of jank, you can also put your games on an external hard drive.

I could go for 8gb of ram instead and get the 120GB SSD to use as a boot drive. Then in the future I can get another 8gb or maybe move as far as 32gb

For example, the GT1030 actually performs worse than the APU (according to yt). I need it mainly for CAD

If you're budgeting right now and want any better CPU later on, I strongly recommend choosing a B450 motherboard over an A320 one. The upcoming 4th gen Ryzen CPUs are confirmed to work on B450, while A320 only supports up to 2nd gen. Also, it would be much better to get 2 8GB sticks instead of a single 16GB stick for dual channel memory, which is a lot faster.

This one looks way better for the price and performance: www.overclockers.co.uk/ocuk-kinetic-h1m-micro-atx-intel-h310-configurable-coffee-lake-gaming-pc-fs-1cm-og.htmlBy default it has a GTX 1050 Ti, but if you look through the GTX 1660 and RTX 2060 options it actually saves some money with deals. The GPU would be excellent for CAD as you mentioned (good CAD software will offload a lot of performance onto the GPU, so this build would be better for that than the other one you posted, and the recent generation Core i5 is more than enough when factoring that in).

Best build you can pick for what you want.

Might go for an SSD instead, even if its only 300gb as I'm only gonna have MC for a bit of time then in October I'll add more storage and ram as well as a good GPU
