Does this policy also go against EnderNator10's Straight Pride Clan? They have (rarely) used homophobic language and also made a straight pride 'kit' No, reverse the roles and think about it, if it was a trans pride clan it wouldnt get banned so if its a straight pride clan it shouldnt get banned. also i am not strieght i am bisexual

Does this apply to users that are from a group and still joke? For example, a user was a Muslim and still said something Islamophobic. Does that count as well? I recently came into a situation like that which I'm sure admins are aware of.

Bigotry against people from the Middle East, yeah, but a religion is (or at least should be) fair game for critique.

Critiquing it is fair game but saying "We should ban all muslims because they are all crazy terrorists" is not criticism.

When it is said to them, "Do not cause corruption on the earth," they say, "We are but reformers."

Idk about Islam specifically but the official reason for my suspension was cracking a couple of Jew jokes. Keep in mind, this was when the conduct policy still said it was allowed, so I think restrictions on religious jokes or criticism are even tighter now.

We could also specify that in-game everyone is nothing more than a few pixels that are all the same regarding outside looks, beliefs and origin. This could cover the misunderstandings for when you say the n- word when you're black irl and such. I believe it's a relevant example. I don't understand. Do you want everyone to be able to say racially-charged words or not? Regardless of you being black or not shouldn't give you the right (ACCORDING TO THIS RULING) to use the n-word.

Yeah true, nevermind it wouldn't work. The society is too unbalanced for the scenario to cover every difference. Ignore the post

I hate to bump this but @creeperseth can you add Islamophobia/Antireligion in the title? There's actually a lot of antireligious behavior going on right now and it's not right. What I mean isn't the r/arabfunny crap in general on Discord, some players build mosques and set them on fire then say 'Allahu Akbar' and admins say it's not part of this policy.
I'm Muslim myself and I can't deal with this kinda behavior as I was bullied with it when I was young

Repeated violations or failing to heed an admin warning can result in a day ban per 2f above. If offenses are committed when there are no admins online, it can result in a perm ban. a. Ethnic, racist, religious, sexual, sexual orientation type slurs, insults, and harassment. this is already not allowed?

However, what you're describing is more complicated than using a slur, and is already covered by the conduct policy. When did this happen? And also, you are permbanned and thus should not have to deal with this behavior at the moment, since you said yourself it is not taking place on discord.
