4. Adding a requirement which says that admin applicants must speak English properly. This would be the easiest approach, but definitely not a respectful one. Saying that this is not a respectful solution is a good way to introduce a problem where there is none, because this used to be a question on the Super Admin application:Even with this question no longer being there, I am pretty sure we would currently not even consider an application with answers that are not in English. That's correct, applications in another language would not be considered. Communication is a big part of being an admin. You need to be able to understand our policies and rules set in place (which are all in english). If you cannot even write English, I dont see you being a a very successful admin as most of our playerbase is also english speaking

I personally disagree with this as some players aren't fluent in the English language. For operators, this would restrict a freedom of speech and ultimately do more harm than good.
