Right now, the 4th question in the reinstatement template (Why were you removed from admin, answer each of the following) is unnecessarily long, and change can be made to simplify future applications. The issue IMO is that you have to answer to each 6 questions individually, I suggest question 4 be changes to make you have to select one of the following, rather than answer to each individual one of the questions

A note should be added in the reinstatement template that you only need to answer one of the questions and thus can exclude other questions and simplify the application. The problem wasn't about people having to answer each individual questions (since they can just answer "No" to everything), rather that it takes up a lot of unnecessary space in the application.
