I believe some people have forgotten that Ivan was not just a Senior, but also a forum admin. To everyone who is vouching, do you vouch for full reinstatement or reinstatement to Senior?

How... how is that rage quitting? upon hearing that his suspension was indefinite he resigned to avoid it? don't get me wrong, it isnt a bad case of ragequit, as he didn't go rogue, which is why i vouched for reinstatement to a lower rank Except I did not rage quit? I thought my suspension would be indefinite instead of temporary so I made the poor decision of resigning. Rage-quitting is not in the slightest what I did.

Nonetheless, I do believe you deserve a second chance, I just want to request that you prove yourself to the community first.

Why should I have to prove myself if I haven’t done anything wrong? Just seems odd to me. This isn’t rage quitting. I resigned because I thought it was the right thing to do when my suspension wasn’t turned to a temporary one - I didn’t think it would change and I thought I was the bigger person by simply quitting, because it shows self discipline. However, as said throughout the thread, my suspension later was reverted and I did not break the rules.

I don't think such a thing exists. In the past forum moderators/admins have reinstated, but only to senior admin.

I am pretty sure we haven't seen the specific situation of such a short period yet.

Also, since we separate server admin from forum admin, and this resignation also applied to forum admin status in that he lost the rank, wouldn't this not be able to apply to forum admin?

It doesn't matter: it is at Seth's discretion whether forum admin is included in the reinstatement, but since we don't have a policy for forum admin appointments, it is also at Seth's discretion to give him forum admin back separately of the reinstatement if it is approved.

However, as said throughout the thread, my suspension later was reverted and I did not break the rules. Let’s suppose you didn’t break the rules at the time, since there wasn’t an explicit rule against your behavior. Why does that, in any account, excuse your behavior? You hold the role of a senior administrator, explicitly defined as a role model role. The conduct I provided above, demonstrates the completely opposite definition of a role model. Sure, the total freedom harassment policy wasn’t a thing before your suspension, but the fact that it’s a thing now DUE to your behavior, and your behavior alone, should hold some weight. No?
