A full wipe is a really bad idea imo. People permbanned just a couple days ago would be allowed to join. Vouch for a entries over a year vouch for this |

I think Permbans may just need an overhaul in terms of logic, I know it was discussed months back around making it to TFM better handled it and so it wasn't just a YAML File, maybe this is a good chance to do it, and have a system whereby the timestamp of the ban is logged and TFM can have a Permban retention policy set in config to retain perm bans for X months from when they were added...? then its not a permban, its an extended tempban...? which is what they already are because you can appeal and we clear the permban list too |

cleared everything older than June 19th except for a select few - this includes people such as Savnith, who have caused lots of damage not only to the server but to its players, and spambot IPs.
