The recent harassment of administators and operators is now out of hand. I have just lost good staff to it, and I am not happy about it. I have been too lax on letting things slide, and because of it, some staff have gotten the idea that they can do whatever. Because of this, I'm going to have to make some changes to the rules and how it's enforced. I've tried being relaxed on the rules. Teachers are strict because students abuse the fact they were laid back, and when they realize they can't be laid back anymore they found out that the only way to control behavior was to be strict on rules. I'm not going to become a strict rule enforcer with an iron fist, but I'm going to be more serious when it comes to harassment and rule breaking. Things have to change.
From this point forward: harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. If a person asks you to stop doing something because you are harassing them or making them feel uncomfortable, and still continue to do so, there will be a consequence.
There will be other rule changes, I have to look at the policies to determine what needs to be changed.
Now I need to explain what's been going on with me:
My internet has been cut. Cox charged my mom twice on two occasions so they had to refund her money. The checkers were supposedly sent December 24th and it is now January 13th and they still aren't here.
On top of that my mom broke her phone so now she's been using mine.
Couldn't of happened any other time, because all this between the harassment, server issues, and some other misc things I don't want to bring up happened: I couldn't do anything about it.
I'm currently hot spotting my pc, the connection sucks but it'll have to do.
