I think that you guys should block the use of //schem delete (schem name) but also keep the //schem save (schem name). It worries me that someone will end up deleting one of my schems in the future and the worst part is that anyone can view the schem list and delete every single one if they really wanted to. Please leave a comment and like this if you agree that this should be implemented on TotalFreedom.

I always recommend saving them on your own computer as well so they can be restored if they are deleted. You can download them from here: play.totalfreedom.me:28966/schematic/listI understand that it is annoying that others can delete them in the first place, though.

I agree with you Lv_. I have made schematic with my old collection of OP items - they are even sorted by swords, bows, arrows , tridents, axes, elytras, potions, shields, ... they are about 20 shulker boxes and 1 chest, each container with a sign, saying the item type in it. I also have made a schematic of my old builds, a old spawn if the current one gets griefed, redstone door and others. Other players have surely made more schematics than me and if they get deleted there's no getting them back.

Steven, you leak every single schematic containing OP items lol. I already downloaded a bit of them. I searched for those with Ctrl + F.

Anything you want private should be done in singleplayer. That is the only way to guarantee privacy.

Actually, what happens if the user forgot to download their schematic but someone will delete user's schematic later?. Also vouch, but the schematic delete command will be only for admins.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that schematics will always be safe on the server.

schematics are your responsibility and we do not offer privacy with them. as windows has previously stated, the only way to guarantee privacy is by doing everything you need to do in singleplayer.

just put your schematic in a folder on the server - the httpd server doesn't index schematics that are in folders for whatever reason

I don't think everyone is understanding what is being implied. It's simply just preventing operators from using //schem delete, and I don't think it's that hard. I know if an operator does delete someone's schematic without permission or maliciously, you can get in real hot water, but to prevent that from happening and to prevent the schematic from being lost (if a copy hasn't been made) this can be issued.
EDIT: Also people say that schematics are the person's responsibility, that is mostly true as the person should download and make backups of their schematics. But there should be something done about the people who maliciously delete random schematics by not allowing them to delete them in the first place. If a schematic needs to be deleted they should alert a higher rank to do that.

just put your schematic in a folder on the server - the httpd server doesn't index schematics that are in folders for whatever reason It’s because TFM looks for schematic files ending with .schem and .schematic

It can be useful for players to delete schems that they may have made accidentally. Even if it were blocked, you can replace shematics with different selections which is essentially the same thing as deleting it.

I don't think that would be a great idea. What if somebody makes wrong schematics and tries to delete them?
I would suggest we make a system that saves who made what so only players that made it themselves can delete it but that would be too much work and too much for the server to handle.
