Executives clearly have more power and if someone other than one of the seniors (in this case we do) obtain Executive title, they would simply outrank senior regardless of their rank. I find it to be unfair as senior is the most trustworthy rank to receive and the executives should be only for seniors and seniors only. If Ivan and Zaid decide to treat forum moderators as executives, the logic should be same. tl;dr - Executive is for seniors, if forum moderator ~= executive then for seniors only. Advertisement manager doesn't exactly seem like a position with much power, and the telnets in that role have more than proven themselves. I don't see a huge problem? It may not look like it but they actually hold fair amount of power such as controlling our advertisements on other websites. Telnets may have proven themselves but it's better safe to leave the executive positions to seniors. When I saying this, I don't mean that I don't trust other ranks to hold executive position or being biased because I'm already a senior, I'm saying this because it has always been seniors who obtains an executive position.

So consistently you would also be in favor of all admins having access to executive and forum moderator positions then? And you would also be in favor of changing the rules to make this actually legal because right now it isn't?

They aren't executives now. I literally created forum mods to be just Moderators of the forum and nothing else.

No, I think that Advertisement Manager is the only managerial position telnets should be able to hold because it doesn't give them any extra power over other admins or players (unless it does, correct me if I'm wrong about this). However, I do think that all of the other main titles/positions should be reserved for Seniors. And you would also be in favor of changing the rules to make this actually legal because right now it isn't? I think that either the rules should be changed to acknowledge other ranks in executive positions, or we should not have other ranks in executive positions. I think that regardless of my own opinion, the rules should be followed, or changed as the community sees fit.

Let me guess: only seniors will be eligible even though there are at least a few Telnets (not me), that in my opinion are good candidates for the position. If they are eligible for this position why aren't they eligible for senior?

Either have executive positions and forum moderators senior-only, or don't. There is no excuse to have asterisks when all executive positions are supposed to be high-power positions with extraordinary stake in how things operate here.
