Specs: 32 GB DDR4 3200 MHz (2x16 GB DIMMs) Ryzen 7 or 9 2 TB PCIe SSD AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT 1000W PSU
The RAM will eventually be upgraded to 64 GB (4x16). Exact CPU model will be determined by total cost of the other parts and money saved. 8 cores is the minimum though. I am also still researching motherboards.

AMD gpu's are still honestly not up to par with NVIDIA (the higher performance ones) Any specific reason you're going with AMD?

I can strongly agree on a Ryzen CPU, but you might want to overlook a good CPU cooler as they get pretty hot. I use myself the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO.
