While I didn’t want to make a thread like this, it seems that it has become necessary at this time.
Lately, the admin team has become a lot more lax and comfortable and I do admit that a lot of that is the fault of current and previous executives (including myself). To address this, stricter discipline will start being implemented on all admins, regardless of rank or seniority.
You can call this “going back to the markbyron way.” From now on, admins aren’t going to get immunity from the conduct policy. Spam will be treated as spam regardless of whether an OP or admin is doing it. The same applies to bullying and any other conduct violation. In fact, admins will now be held to a much higher standard (as it always should’ve been). You aren’t just players with a fancy rank, you are representatives of TotalFreedom and will determine whether a new player comes back or not. All of the recent suggestions and changes that are made to increase the player count will be useless unless we start the change within the admin team.
Effective immediately, admins will no longer be able to turn TotalFreedom into their own personal playground. If you want to spam and have fun with commands, then go to a personal server and do so. You are here to administrate, and, if there isn’t any administrating to do, then have fun with the OPs and encourage more players to join rather than drive our current ones away.
OPs, like I promised in my application for EAO, I’ll listen to all your complaints as long as you actually let me know about them. I cannot do anything about your complaints if I never find out about them. PM or Discord me and the issue will be resolved.
I’m going to leave this unlocked so feel free to leave any feedback.

I think this is a good time to reintroduce the "you must have a rank in your loginmessage" policy, as Polaris Seltzeris stated before, it is used now more for jokes.

I think this is a good time to reintroduce the "you must have a rank in your loginmessage" policy, as Polaris Seltzeris stated before, it is used now more for jokes. I started a discussion about this on the server, I thought it was required to have your rank in your login message as I saw people logging in with ridiculous messages that don't state there rank, apparently this is required but nobody enforces it, it should be enforced.
