Looks like this suggestion is getting buried in favor of more critically urgent suggestions like removing charter admins. Good work gang.

I think what the permban system needs really is: -A proper, defined template -Admins who vouch on the post can only if they have witnessed or experienced rule-breaking from the player before. (A vouch needs to be justified and not just followed by a lead) -The person requesting the permban needs to match the permban with the specific rule broken -Possbily only allow the permban if it obviously violates a permbannable offence, or that multiple admins have witnessed and agree with this (justified, as above)

Vouch
Like what Steven said, we could add a longer ban more than 24 hours, but less than permanent. I was thinking a monthly ban. Like what Ivan said, people who continue to cause trouble after multiple monthly bans would be perm banned, while the first time someone causes trouble would receive a monthly ban.

Given that there have been changes to the permban policy recently put into place, I'm going to bump this in hopes that the policies proposed in this suggestion are considered.

I'm going to bump this again because this thread was moved to the non-admin suggestions board so that regular members can vote on this.
