both? i'm supposed to guide others, and punish rule breakers at the same time i'm not sure about "having a good time" since i never said that being an admin was about having a good time. i understand that a senior admin is supposed to be an example for other admins, or as you say a leader and that's what i try to do while online But which one do you spend more time doing. It's not really a right or wrong answer, I just want to know why you talk so highly of banning so many people. I'm not comparing this to you specifically, but would you rather have a police officer who has arrested hundreds of people and written a thousand traffic tickets, or one that is lenient, knows when people mess up and gives them chances to right their wrongs? I'm not trying to say that reporting and banning people is wrong, just that if you do that so well already, why do you need to be a senior admin? Is this the only thing that makes you feel senior ready? as i already said: i spend most of my time both punishing rule breakers and helping others to try to make tf a better place. i added the "perm ban" part of my paragraph in as a sort of accomplishment i've made as an admin. i believe spending time online generally administrating does make me feel senior ready, and it does make me some kind of an example to other admins and that's what i strive to do

Object, we don't need more seniors i don't believe this is a valid reason for objection, if it was, there wouldn't be senior applications open in the first place plus if you actually think this why did you only object on speed's app and nobody elses? as for my vote, vouch due to activity and helpfulness

^ i personally at least agree with this, it should be up to the executives deciding who'll pass if more seniors are needed, not in the votes about the user in particular
