Hey,
Recently I have had this issue when I join the server every 5 - 6 seconds or so I would drop down to 0 fps for about 4 seconds, and about every other fps drop my fps would drop to 0 for about a minute. This has never happened to me before, do you guys know why this is happening? It started this morning.
Edit: I've tried everything, reinstalling minecraft, updating java, windows, graphics cards. Everything. Nothing seems to work.

Most problems are fixed by reinstalling Minecraft.

Most problems are fixed by reinstalling Minecraft. Or unfortunately in my case, reinstalling windows. That’s been my go to solution for quite a few problems lately. It’s always effective though.

I had this too. I'd assume it's the spawn because this doesn't happen in adminworld or anywhere else

1. Does it only happen on TotalFreedom and does it happen everywhere? 2. Did you change ANY setting related to Minecraft, Java, Windows, AMD/NVIDIA or hardware? 3. Are you using Optifine or other add-ons?
Some things you can try before going down the reinstall road (which is by my opinion only worst case scenario) is the following:
1. Make sure you don't have any crazy settings such as 32 chunk render distance, you should also try changing particles to minimum in the settings.
2. Check that you have the newest Java, Windows and Graphics updates.
3. Make a new fresh 1.13.2 launcher profile, this will download a new .Jar file.
4. Make sure you have enough RAM for Minecraft to run. If you have other programs running (such as Chrome) it might be due to a lack of RAM.
If you still want to reinstall directly, I would suggest making backups of your .minecraft folder.

I've been having odd spikes on TotalFreedom too this past week, nothing too serious, but is a bit pesky after being used to otherwise stable fps every other time

Optifine Put Minecraft at max priority, and try not to get your computer hot, that's usually it. I had that problem with every game, stopped when I bought a cooler. Other than that, just see if your processors are all active (If your computer is a quad-core or above) I don't understand alot but that helped.

Your computer is probably getting old, time to get a new one. Possibly some key computer component has malfunctioned, or something.
