So I accidentally dropped my laptop and I tried switching it on and the screen is really dim, I could barley see it. I tried to fix this problem with some methods in YouTube and it didn't help. If anyone experienced this and managed to fix it please let me know how to do it. Thanks!

You probably broke the LCD circuit board. You could get it repaired for around £10

Try fiddling around with the brightness/contrast on your settings. If that doesn't work you will probably have to pay

You probably broke the LCD panel, as said above. I would get it repaired at a repair shop unless you definitely know what you're doing. Also, I don't think the estimate of $10 is correct. I would go into this expecting to spend significantly more.

I know that with my old laptop, using the HDMI cord never did. Try remote-connecting into it with TeamViewer. If TeamViewer works (without the jittery screen stuff), it means that CPU and GPU are working properly, and it is probably an issue with the LCD. If TeamViewer has the jittery stuff, it is probably a problem with your GPU. That would be a much more difficult repair.

I'll try the TeamViewer thing anyways and i'll let you know if it works or not.
