This reporting system is for OPs (not admins) to file reports of griefing when admins are unable to handle the griefing incident due to not being on the server or unavailable to handle. If an admin has already handled the problem or the problem is more than 24 hours old, do not file. For admins, please review these griefer reports and take appropriate action or comment.
Please file using this format.
1. How long ago did the event occur (e.g. 5 mins, 1 hour, etc)? If greater than 24 hours, do not file although you can send a PM for extremely serious matters that don't meet the timeline (send the PM to Seth or SKS)
2. Name of Griefer (if known) - if the griefer is a TF admin, file an abuse report instead - see totalfreedom.boards.net/thread/51512/file-admin-griefing-abuse-report
3. Map and Location (if known) (do /getpos and provide map name plus x, y, and z coordinates)
4 . What griefing actions did they do? The action should be listed under the server conduct policy at goo.gl/3ggPaQ - please review it before submitting. Post only facts of what happened without any drama, insults, or demands of what should be done.
5. Attach any screenshots if available.
Those who file false reports will be subject to sanctions, to include temporary or permanent disabling of forum account and server banning. Griefer reports that have been locked and moved to the closed section without comment have either been handled or an admin was unable to review it in a timely manner. Such reports will count as a valid report unless it's later determined the report was mis-filed.
