Object. There are other far more harmful commands that should be changed up before gcmd. It's useful in many ways and as people have mentioned it's fully logged.

Object, I quite commonly use it to change OPs nicknames or tags when they are not allowed and they refuse to change/remove them.

Not going to restrict this command. gcmd has far more uses than it does potential for abuse. The potential damage is limited by the person who is the target of the gcmd, and if an admin is targetted they can find it in the logs.

Object. Gcmd does have its uses. You can't justify the use of this command, because there are so many situations that you could stumble upon, and each one would be different. Just last night I had to gcmd Cow to tp away from spawn. I object strongly to this suggestion. |

Fun fact - gcmd is named as such because of an old project that I worked on where all the different commands for the system started with "g" for "geek".
