Currently the way you are moved to crash chunks is by /warp (/warp [warpname] [yourname]), which bypasses tptoggle
I suggest, if possible, make /warp not bypass tptoggle, since we can't make it not able to warp others completely

Vouch. When I was rogue, I used this to my advantage. This and another exploit basically allowed me to jail players. If this is patched, a lot of trolling will be prevented.

I'd say it would be really important to block that command, as people abuse it terribly, for example they create warp and place crash chunks in it. Afterwards they teleport players into the crash chunk, usually they teleport admins in there first, to make sure they avoid getting banned meanwhile attempting to crash chunk all players in-game. It is extremely annoying, this has happened many times in the past, where someone warps me to crash chunk, i check logs and know who it really is, but after I join with my alt, the player Warps me there straight away, therefore It is extremely difficult to do anything about the issue. Blocking this function could probably relieve many admins of frustration, and prevent the need of wiping flatlands due to large amount of players being stuck there. In my opinion we should block the ability to /tptoggle other players also, there has been some cases where a player tptoggled me, and as i was about to smite the player, they forcefully teleported me to crash chunk, I am sure that I am not the only one who had these types of frustration. Crash chunks are a great threat to totalfreedom server in my opinion, as they are easy to make, also since some players have the ability to bypass unlimited amounts of bans, they could just continue abusing this until the server goes online mode or lockdown.

You are still able to warp them to crash chunks by simply turning their teleportation toggle off, and I believe it'd be much more beneficial to completely remove the ability to warp other players, though it may take too long or it would be too difficult to do so. Though nonetheless, it'd slow the process warping other users to crash chunks which may open time for the current administrators (if there are any) online to ban the player(s) warping other players to crash chunks; vouch.
