After speaking with you a few times over the last month or so I must say there has been a more consistent calmess to you.
The votes are very mixed but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and reinstate him as a super for the time being.
I said this in a PM but I feel like I should say it again:
When you focus your energy on venting about problems, it does nothing but make them worse. But If you used that same energy to improve the issues you saw, it would be beneficial for everyone.
I truly hope that this calmess will continue and that you keep what I said here in mind. Anyways, good luck.
