Yes, I have basic experience in: Java, Javascript, C#, C++, Python. I have 5 years of experience in server hosting and moderating small servers if that counts as a skill.
6. How often can you be on the server to perform administrative duties? State either daily, several times a week, once or twice a week, or less than once a week. We realize that school or work will rightly prevent constant service.

Yes, my brother waduhek_1337 knows of this server. We use the same IP, however he have not caused any trouble and will never cause any trouble.
He is not a a Admin and does not have a forum account.

I have filed about 12+ valid griefer reports.
11. What personal qualities do you have that would make you a good admin? (answer with a short paragraph)?
I would be a good admin since: I have a good understanding of what help people are in need of, and how to help them in the best way possible.
I am also good at multitasking, learning, beeing creative when problems arise while still keeping a good attitude.
Because of these reasons I would consider myself as a good admin.
