Are you returning correctly? Returning on the onCommand method? return true; Depending on where it is. I believe I had this issue once, and I messed around with return values and it started working.

The only returning I had was on all the public boolean onCommand stuff, I don't think that's the problem?

You need to extend your class to CommandExecutor, if you don’t, Bukkit would think it’s just a normal class.

You need to return true at the end of onCommand() in all cases. If you return false, it will attempt to show you how to use the command, but that looks weird when the command doesn't have arguments. Well, I did wrote return true; underneath the public boolean onCommand().
