Because that has anything to do with ddosing/doxing. And no, to see if you have any open ports at all you wouldn't use canyouseeme, you would use a port scanner like Nmap. It does have everything todo with ddos? As far as I am aware if you have no open ports on your ip then you cannot be ddosed. That is what multiple people have told me and what the internet has confirmed, but correct me if I am wrong. It's not that easy.

Or just simply disable internet to avoid DDoS. The whole point of a DDoS attack (at least the ones performed here) is to disable your internet, so I wouldn't say that disabling your internet is a good way to combat that.

Dynamic ips are bad, static ips are better A static IP is less common and is more vulnerable to DDoS. Since when someone gets your IP, you can get repetitively DDoS'd. A dynamic IP is more common and isn't as vulnerable. Since when someone gets your IP, you can just reboot and get a new IP.
