what board are you trying to post on? it might be that you're trying to post on a restricted board or some stupid shit like that.

There are some words that will trigger cloudflare's content filter, usually related to them trying to protect an origin server. I've seen that block happen before when trying to send the back-end IP for the TF web VPS in a PM.
That message doesn't have anything to do with the forum software though, it's the cloudflare proxy in front of it.
Can you pastebin the bbcode you were trying to post? Will it let you PM it?

He means for example, I can see what I'm typing, though I can click BBCode and it shows me the BB Code of this very paragraph.
