This is the most BS suspension I've ever seen. First of all you didn't even make a notice in the Suspension lounge, where ALL SUSPENSIONS taken by anyone who isn't Mark or Windows go. Secondly, you didn't even try to correct the problem, so your solution is apparently "I am law here so I can suspend people indefinitely without a care in the world" as a result of that, and thirdly, even if you are an assistant Executive, that doesn't mean you have the right for INDEFINITE suspensions. Windows EDIT: While the one report Marco made in the Senior Admin Help section about Tohgamer would make somewhat more sense to suspend him, first of all, that was almost a WEEK ago, and secondly, it wouldn't be an indefinite suspension JUST because of that. |

Here is my 2 cent on this suspension.
I cannot provide the full story as I only have around 80% of it - as I cannot see the report in senior help lounge.
I do not think what was said above along should have merited a suspension and I do not think flippy would suspend for that so before you start saying it was all just because of that there was a report filed against tohgamer around one week ago; although it does not merit a suspension it does deserve a sanction.

Unfair suspension, looking through the first half of the logs, it wasnt just toh who was "causing drama", and you didnt allow him to explain himself nor express his opinions

hm lets see here 3: All executives, global moderators, and the forum manager (Finest ), and Exec assistants have additional suspension authority. They can suspend an admin (including seniors) without filling a notice (they just need to PM the owner) and the removal will be indefinite although the removed admin can still file an appeal as usual and the suspension is subject to review by the owner, esp. for higher ranking admins.
