This is a good thread, however I see some faults. Many people do not like to use tutorials and would rather be taught by people. (This can have a downside as they may try and copy that person's design, but later on they usually develop their own style) I would rather encourage the person to be assigned to a specific Master Builder and learn how to build from them rather than see generics spread out over the server. We should be encouraging people to find ways to design their own style of building rather than copying the style of another person.
