Contributing to coding and keeping TF functioning is most certainly an excellent reason to OPAS somebody or to consider them for promotion up to a point - most anybody can learn the normal admin duties but not everybody has talent for coding and building. It's certainly a better reason than SPAS, TPAS a friend kind of thing - that's not the case here. Think positive and be a contributor rather than a complainer and a negative drag - most are positive and contributing  |
