Don't worry, you'll feel better eventually, I got my tonsils removed too.  I'm laying in the bed at the hospital with my mom besides me. It hurts sooooooooo bad. I asked a nurse for a pain killer. She's coming with it. I remember watching movies, drinking juice and eating jello at the hospital. They ran out of ice cream.  It gets better really quickly, ask to watch something/play something. I think they offered to let me play on a gamecube (that's how long ago it was), but I wasn't in the mood. |

Good luck. OFT: The upside is you might get ice cream after they are removed? NO. Ice cream hurts like fucking hell if you have your tonsils out. Eat things liquidy and stuff. No acidic things or red things. Have fun. Looks like the ice cream helped? Anyways, how's it going? |

I mean, they gave me ice cream and told me it will help. It indeed did. When I was eating it, at first maybe, it hurt like hell. But I guess after a while it was easier. |
