1. Your Minecraft name. (also include any old IGNs and forum names that you used as an admin)
My Minecraft name is TheCool1Mike.
2. Do you have Twitter or Skype? (Yes or No). Although not required, Twitter or Skype will make it easier to communicate with the owner in time sensitive situations. You need not list your handles here.
I do have Twitter and Skype, and I will use it as necessary.
3. What date were you appointed to Telnet-Clan admin status? For example 10 Jun 2015. Also, state how many times you were removed from admin status due to conduct violations and when/why (do not include instances of removal for inactivity).
I was appointed to Telnet Clan admin status on July 15th, 2016. I have never been removed for any conduct violation.
4. Unlike Telnet, a Senior Admin is a primarily a leadership position and you must be able to lead other admins in a mature manner and be a responsible representative of Total Freedom. Provide a short paragraph of your accomplishments and why you think you'd made a good senior admin.
On Total Freedom, I feel that I am a role model for OPs and admins. I've been able to interact with the community, and players enjoy talking to me. I am friendly, mature, responsible, but I know how to have fun. A lot of my accomplishments have been more "behind the scenes", such as training and mentoring OPs and helping admins in-game. I have multiple leadership positions; I am the founder of Cool Crew with over 25 current OPs. and an executive on many other crews, including Techno Crew. I've mentored 21 members to achieve their dream of being a Super Admin, and I've submitted over 50 permanent ban requests - nowadays, I let others file permanent ban requests to help admins gain experience. Finally, I am calm, relaxed, and I know how to resolve situations and disputes between staff members. I am confident when it comes to leading admins in the right direction for success.
Overall, though I am not perfect, I think I'm able to take on the challenge of supporting and guiding admins as a Senior Admin.
5. How often will you be able to perform senior administrative duties (including the server & forum)? State either daily, several times a week, once or twice a week, or less than once a week.
I check the forums daily and join the server several times a week.
6. Names of senior admins that have recommended you. You must have at least one senior recommend you. If you apply without a recommendation and no senior vouches, your application will be disapproved.

7. Did you pick any super admin under the Telnet Pick A Super (TPAS) program? If so, who?
No, I have not.
