Somewhere around 2014 but I got reinstated on October 14th 2016.

I would rate myself as advanced.

Note 2: Admin misconduct or abuse while on Telnet will be dealt with far more severely than when in-game. Also, if you login to Telnet and pose as a different admin or as the owner, you'll be subject to severe sanctions including loss of admin and banning. Using Telnet to commit rogue acts will result in permanent banning.
