I've discussed this in the past but it needs to re-emphasized. The title respecting your seniors doesn't just mean senior admins but anybody senior to you and respect in this case means courtesy and regard for what they say. For example, if you're a super admin and a telnet admin tells you that you're not following correct admin protocols, you should show courtesy and regard for what they say. It is possible that the telnet could be wrong (or you believe them to be wrong) and if that's the case, you can PM a higher ranking person or myself if the person you disagree with is a senior admin, or executive. If you disagree with me, that's fine too; I'm far from perfect and make mistakes. Your PM should be drama free and factual.
On the other hand, if you respond to the senior correction with disrespectful comments or actions, rage, public drama, false accusations, etc, you're now a major problem even if you were initially in the right. Those who know me know that I have little tolerance for drama and if you can't handle disputes in the manner I suggested, you're going to find yourself getting sanctioned. You might find that unfair but in as much as possible, I expect the server to be run in a professional, peaceful, and respectful manner. If you don't appreciate my philosophy on this and can't abide by it, that's fine since you have many other choices when it comes to public servers.
