1. Name of forum member being reported: If the member being reported is an admin, send your request via PM only.
musebrat (minderiayoutuber), bedrockitemd, and crotinamc
2. Which forum posting guideline(s) has the member violated? See totalfreedom.boards.net/thread/8134/forum-posting-guidelines-revised-2013
Mass PMing.
3. Requested Sanction (Warning, Temp Ban, or Perm Ban). Here’s a guideline for which to request:
- Perm Ban: Threats of DDOS, forum spam attacks, and other acts that are an imminent threat of harm to the forum or members of the forum. Also, those that are perm banned from the server can be requested for forum perm ban if warranted and those that have been temp banned in the past (based on this new policy) and continue to cause serious problems.
- Temp Ban: Habitual and/or serious violations of forum posting guidelines, esp. if more than one warning has been issued in the past.
- Warning: This should be the typical request unless it meets the standard for perm ban or temp ban.
4. Have you flagged the posts that violate the guidelines? You must flag the posts unless it’s not applicable in which case you should send me a PM concerning the violation (e.g. the violation involves a PM or doesn’t involve a public post).
It's a PM
5. How many posts by this member have you flagged in the past? If none, state none. If you flagged too many to remember, post an approximate number.
None - it's a conversation
6. Has the member been officially warned or temp banned in the past (based on a previous request)? Yes, No, or Unknown
All three of them have actually.
PM me if you want me to forward the conversation to you.
