1. Your Minecraft name.
DarkHorse108 is my main premium account, but I tend to use my alternate, KM_Galahad, more often in-game when I participate and execute administrative duties.
2. Your Twitter handle. You must have a working Twitter account to be a senior admin.
@zthehorsekid is my current and active Twitter handle.
3. What date were you appointed to Telnet-Clan admin status? For example 10 Jun 2012. Also, state how many times you were removed from telnet status due to rules violations and why (do not include instances of removal for inactivity). Note: You must have 60 days as a Telnet-Clan admin to apply unless owner waives.
I was added on forums December 2nd, 2014, and in-game, or to Clanforge, the very next day.
4. Provide a short paragraph of your accomplishments as a super/telnet admin and why you think you'd made a good senior admin.
Well... what can I say? I have been working hard ever since I became an Admimistrator here. I have had some trouble lately, and have been trying to fix it. Thank you Kash for telling me what to fix, I appreciate it. I have been here for a year, which wasn't easy. I was able to ban every griefer imaginable as a Super (Tozzit dubbed me the Master Grief-Buster) and avidly used the Logviewer. As a Telnet I had even more functionality, as I was able to admimistrate off-line, and catch rulebreakers unnoticed. I did, and still do, have a habit of not using /say when in Telnet after smiting someone to keep a low profile so the OPs are unaware of them being watched. As a Clanforge Administrator, I was, and am, able to start, stop, restart the server, and super myself if I am an imposter, and if the server crashes. I assisted in the gathering of the IPs on the November 27, 2014 spambot attack with other admins, and became closer friends with one ad well. Ive been a bit inactive-ish lately due to being a high-ranking Administrator on the Ex-Associated server, FreedomOp, but I still come here when I can. If you notice... I'm not one for "short".. I like long posts to express myself. I have not been able to actively use Telnet lately as my rank is not what it should be, and it cut all access from Telnet, and I'm unable to use Clanforge due to my email address not being assessed to the server so that I can use it. I also got into an argument with an administrator recently, but that has been all resolved as we have made up. I believe I'd make a good choice as I strive for improvement, and I like to be notified of anything I am doing needs to be fixed, or of any improvements that can be accomplished.
5. How often can you be on the server to perform senior administrative duties? State either daily, several times a week, once or twice a week, or less than once a week.
I can perform Administrative duties daily to three times a week, depending on the circumstances and my schedule, as I participate in Track, Cross-Country, and Model UN for my school. I do participate in more, but those three are the ones that are out-of-home, meaning at the school, tracks, parks, and conferences. And also due to my college research that I have been doing lately, as I do have PSATs coming up, and I need to do well in order to be applicable for a scholarship grant to Ohio State University to hopefully become a Master of Business Administration.
6. Names of senior admins that have recommended you. You must have at least one senior recommend you.
darklynx108, @hawke, ?? MrPerson660 ??
7. A senior admin is at even greater risk of DDOS/DOX by griefers/hackers than super admins. Do you accept this higher risk? If you forgot what DDOS is, please view www.youtube.com/watch?v=OhA9PAfkJ10 and for DOX, view www.youtube.com/watch?v=BhwY7YgcQ9o
I do accept this risk, and have taken precautionary measures by using a Dynamic IP address, and I only use it when it is completely necessary.
8. Did you pick a super admin under the Telnet Pick A Super (TPAS) program? If so, who was it?
1. Yes, I have. It was @bigdaddyk, also known as BigDaddyK. He is a Telnet Clanforge Administrator. (Right now he is a Senior Administrator as he has passed the Probationary period with flying colors.)
2. I have TPaS'd Geek as well, he is a Super Administrator. I chose him August 5th, 2015.
I have copied this application from it's original source, but the original was created by me, so I am not technically plagiarizing since I have copied my own work. I also have edited more lengthy answers into the application due to any changes that have occurred. I do hope, and pray, that my unsuccessful attempts, will be put to rest and that I can finally achieve the position I've been working hard and driving to approve for. I am confident about this application, and hopefully this application will be the charm I've been waiting for. To anyone else who decides upon submitting an application, I wish you luck.
