I do not meet the time and griefer reporting requirements, because someone decided to hack and delete my forum account (I've now secured it better). However, markbyron told me I could still apply using the old account's stats.

Advanced. My experience mainly comes from Essentials and WorldEdit, and I know the basics of TotalFreedomMod.

Yes, I will keep the rules in mind. If a player spams potions, they should be smited. Death potions are an exception to this rule, and are worth a GTFO.

I don't think so. If I'm incorrect, it must have been at least a few years ago.
