1. Your Minecraft name.
DarkHorse108 (formerly zthehorsekid, but I do use it occasionally)
2. Your Twitter handle. You must have a working Twitter account to be a senior admin.
@zthehorsekid is my current twitter handle, and it is working.
3. What date were you appointed to Telnet-Clan admin status? For example 10 Jun 2012. Also, state how many times you were removed from telnet status due to rules violations and why (do not include instances of removal for inactivity). Note: You must have 60 days as a Telnet-Clan admin to apply unless owner waives.
I was promoted to Telnet Clan on December 2nd in-game.. and December 3rd on Forums.
4. Provide a short paragraph of your accomplishments as a super/telnet admin and why you think you'd made a good senior admin.
In my time here on TotalFreedom I have noticed that I am able to catch many rulebreakers quickly, and I have a strong habit of stealing others' bans. I also am an experienced admin with all of the commands. As a Super Admin I was a little slow, but I did manage to catch so many rulebreakers, including those who tended to grief with WorldEdit, I earned a nickname that I cherish to this day, "The Master Grief-Buster" because I'd always peek in the LogViewer and I'd look for a recent //set 0 or //set air that was used to grief. I'd GTFO, and the grief would be reverted. I am also very knowledgeable with the commands (except gadmin.. I was never taught that one nor figured out how to use it, and I know when to do what. As a telnet I was able to catch griefers better, as it was easier to look at logs in my Telnet Client, given to me by the Master Coder and Mad Genius himself, Madgeek, and I still use that even though I've heard there's a newer one (sentimental value I guess..) but I prefer the oldie I have. I was able to successfully take charge over a situation that happened in November, as had worked with several admins to gather the IPs to be permbanned, plus I caught the ringleader, and he wound up permbanned as well. As a Telnet Clan I helped to train a newer admin, foxgirl1144, with Farah and Fred on another server. We had fun along the lines of it, and we were guiding her step-by-step on how to use the commands. We also came back to TF and turned on adminmode for the session (much to some others' dismay) and I had permitted her to ban, tempban, and smite me for the training, and she passed with flying colors.
5. How often can you be on the server to perform senior administrative duties? State either daily, several times a week, once or twice a week, or less than once a week.
Daily.
6. Names of senior admins that have recommended you. You must have at least one senior recommend you.
@tamsakeer, @buscusfan, darklynx108, minimitch, @hawke
7. A senior admin is at even greater risk of DDOS/DOX by griefers/hackers than super admins. Do you accept this higher risk? If you forgot what DDOS is, please view www.youtube.com/watch?v=OhA9PAfkJ10 and for DOX, view www.youtube.com/watch?v=BhwY7YgcQ9o
Yes, I accept the increased risk of DDoS/DoX.
8. Did you pick a super admin under the Telnet Pick A Super (TPAS) program? If so, who was it?
@best
Thank you all to those who have helped me over the time since when I was an OP, to now a Senior-Applicant. I have made many great memories here, and I hope to have more over the years and months to come. I'd also like to wish the other applicants a huge good luck, as they are good candidates as well. Good luck everyone! (also please let me know if the font is readable, I will change it if it's too bright)
