I am not surprised. I have just suspended JackOfHallow, Even though he is an oldie he is a abuser as well. I would have never have known this if it weren't for Derp for taking screenshot's and sending them to me Via Skype. I will post the Screenshot's on the bottom. After I interrogated Jack he just laughed after I unmuted him Proof = 2012-12-07 06:57:25 [INFO] < Jack> LOL I muted to do further interrogation's and this happened agaiin. 2012-12-07 06:59:15 [INFO] < Jack> lololololololok here wut im gonna do And I banned him after this. Okay, i need explanations here - who is jack messaging to? Any ideas on what Jack was talking about with respect to SrDerp being abusive?

This is true. He was messaging me on the server, first asking if srderp has socialspy on, the he started telling me that derp is an abusive admin who distorted the story of former admin "Plasmavice123"'s reason of desuper. He was bad mouthing an admin but I'm not entirely sure why he was suspended for this, nor was he noticed or warned.

Wilee, Jack clearly violated one of my important rules - that being "Respect between admins is essential on the server and on the forums; disputes, criticisms, and complaints between admins are to be handled off-server" As for warnings, that's more applicable to banning noob griefers and not to admins who are held to a higher standard. It does appear though that smg attempted to make an inquiry with Jack.
As for Plasmavice123, I understand that he didn't want admin back - is that true?

From what srderp told me, smg desupered plasma and didn't resuper him. Not sure if you were notified by him but the day after his desuper, he claims to not want it back
Whether jack gets admin back or not, I believe that this isn't a bannable offence. I suggest he starts from the beginning as a default and works his way up to superadmin, maybe that'll teach him a lesson on disrespecting and gossiping on admins.

Smg notified me and I've made an inquiry with Plasmavice but am I missing something here? How was SrDerp allegedly abusive towards Plasma? I agree that Jack's offense isn't bannable provided he doesn't persist in violating the rules and he can get super back assuming he explains himself and recognizes what he did. Obviously he wasn't interested in explaining himself to the senior and so now he'll need to explain to me. So far he hasn't.

No evidence was provided towards the fact that srderp was abusive towards plasma. While jack was "spreading the hate", he only stated that srderp was abusive and untrustworthy. Also he stated that srderp wasn't telling me the full or the accurate reason of why plasmavice was desupered, I cannot tell whether this is true or not but from what I've seen for the past few months, srderp wouldn't lie about something like that.
He's currently on the server, ready to explain things if you need to talk to him.

Hold on a second here, fist jack pictured Beamm as a d*ck and an a-hole, then he says that SrDerpAlot is like a Beamm 2. I call that spreading hate.

Also, if Plasma was de-supered for an entire day (for misconduct not inactivity), it should have been posted in the admin suspension section, right? Exactly how long was he de-supered before he was offered it back?

okay, i've talked to jack and he claims he'll improve his crappy admin attitude and follow my rules. We'll see and perhaps I'll have to do what miwo suggests but for now, the suspension is lifted. I also talked to plasma and SrDerp.
As for testing the admins, the primary purpose of the testing is to improve the admin's capabilities not to de-super them. I'm not saying that Plasma's test wasn't legit - seems like he failed himself out and he'll let me know when he's ready to be an admin again. However, when you do a test in the future, you should send a PM to the admin with the results and recommendations for how they can improve.
